Nicki Butt got married today! It was a wonderful day and I got to go to the sealing while Michael stayed with Olivia outside. I feel that with Nicki getting married, I am now old. She is the baby of the group and it is just so great to watch her grow and mature. She got to marry her longtime crush and they are so happy together. I am excited to get to know Jed more, and am hoping he doesn't hate me after I threatened him today in the temple about how he better take good care of our Nicki.
One thing the Sealer discussed was how we covenant and promise to certain things during the sealing. His interpretation was that these are two in the same, but he sees it as us making a covenant with our Heavenly Father and then promising the person across from us the same thing. It was a great visualization for me.
